EARACHE (Otitis Media): is the muffled discomfort or pain in the
ear due to minor congestion, rapid change in air pressure, allergies, or
it can be a serious infection. If progressed to sharp, piercing pain and
high fever, see your healthcare practitioner.
Self Help – Apply hot and cold compresses to the area
behind the ear. One or two drops of garlic, mullein (do not use if a performation of the ear drum exists), or castor oil in
the ear at bedtime. |

There are several oils that can be placed into the applicable ear at
bedtime (1-2 drops). Some of these are warmed sesame oil, garlic, mullein, warmed albad oil, or neem w/Adardica
indica oil. Grated raw ginger and warmed sesame oil into the ear at bedtime followed by the insertion of a small
piece of cotton. |
Food Therapy/
Nutrition |
Salt water heated to body temp. may relieve
earaches by loosening wax. Mix equal parts isopropyl alcohol and white
vinegar and use as an ear cleaner. If you suspect allergies avoid milk,
wheat, eggs, peanuts, soy products. Eat: Garlic, carrots, parsley,
cabbage, mushrooms, greens, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and food rich in
Vitamin A, D, calcium and niacin. Avoid: aluminum cookware, salt. |

Oils: Lavender, garlic, tea tree, mullein,
St. John’s Wort, almond, castor. Teas: echinacea, thyme, germanium, pasque
flower, ribwort plantain. Chamomile and yarrow are for pain. |

Aconites, Ferrum phos, for early stages. Belladonna, Hepar Sulph, Chamomilla , Lycopodium, Merc sol.,

Vitamin C with bioflavonoids & Rutin to boost
